At Nexo, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1. Cash on Delivery Service

Customers can place an order online and pay in cash when the order is delivered to the provided shipping address.

2. Service Availability

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible delivery locations within the UAE. Availability may vary depending on the delivery area.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • Please have the exact amount ready whenever possible.
  • Our delivery partner may have limited change available.

4. Order Confirmation

To ensure order accuracy, we may contact you by phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp to confirm your order before it is shipped.

If we are unable to reach you or receive confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable,
  • The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete,
  • The customer refuses the order without a valid reason,

we reserve the right to cancel future Cash on Delivery orders or require prepaid payment for future purchases.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Refused Orders

Customers are encouraged to place orders only if they intend to accept the delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders without a legitimate reason may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

8. Refunds for COD Orders

If a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy:

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will not be issued in cash at the time of collection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
